The cuisine of our table d' hôtes consists of fresh local farm produce : the menu may vary according to the seasons. Don't forget our many specialties such as our famous pastilla, our stuffed pigeons, our dromedary tagine or our delicious baked Mechoui. We also considered vegetarians. The local vegetables present in all our dishes are always tasty.
It's up to you to decide when and where: at the table d' hôtes, by the swimming pool, under the Berber tent, around the cactus garden, in front of the fireplace of one of our lounges, or simply in one of our many terraces.
